2003
Dodge Ram 4.7L engine This By-Pass was installed without drilling
any holes and no additional custom bracket.
2002
Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie with a 5.9L Cummins The Bypass is located under
the left front fender, mounted to the fender cross brace. A steel plate is bolted
to the fender brace and the AMSOIL mounting bracket is bolted to the steel plate
and cross brace.
2002 GMC Envoy 4.2L Gasoline Engine The
dual remote mounting bracket was welded to the outboard side of the frame on the
passenger side. This location is easy to access, close to the OEM filter location,
and protected from exhaust heat.
2001 Dodge/Cummins Feeds
the AMSOIL BMK-11 from an existing port on the OEM oil filter mount, and returns
the oil to the "Oil Fill" cap using the AMSOIL BP-89 "swivel"
fitting. Mounted the BMK-11 on the passenger side battery using a simple piece
of 2x4" spacer material.
2001
Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L HO Cummins Fabricated a bracket to mount the filters
on the right side battery holder. Attached are pictures of the installation and
a drawing of the fabricated mounting plate.
1999
Dodge Cummins Diesel Pickup 4X4 The mounting location is on the cross
member under the radiator at the right side of the vehicle. The owner wanted to
mount the filters as high as possible because he does some off roading and was
afraid of a stick or rock hitting them.
1998 Dodge Cummins Custom Mounting
Bracket. Installation bracket for the Dodge Cummins. The bracket replaces the
battery mount on the passenger side battery. The bracket and setup fits all Dodge
Cummins from 1994 through 2002.
1998
Dodge Ram 1500 Mounted the dual remote filtration system not only
to be functional, but for presentation as well. User fabricated a mount for existing
threaded holes in the fender well toward the front of the vehicle.
1997 Chevrolet
2500 4x4 Engine - 454 cu in. Very simple installation! Everything
was in the BMK-13 kit that was required and only had to move one bracket. There
is plenty of room on the left front inner frame directly under the drivers seat
and the unit is well protected for off road use.
1997 Chevrolet C-2500 Van w/5.7 L Engine AMSOIL BMK-13 By-Pass filters mounted directly to body box section, near
gas fill, with self tapping screws. Required 90 degree fittings and extra hose.
1994 Fleetwood
Southwind Motor Home, Chevy 454 Engine Run hoses from adapter along
engine oil cooler lines forward under radiator and up to filter head. Used 4x6"
aluminum plate as bracket and mounted to existing framework.
1988
Olds Cutlass Cierra 3.8L Engine The By-Pass System was installed for
a show using a BE90 & SDF29. The installation was right by the book. The feed
was teed off the oil sending unit and the return was to the oil fill cap.
