2001 Ford FFV 5.7L Engine

Submitted by AMSOIL Dealer Steven A. Bendror

This is a shot looking up at the installation of a Dual Remote installation from one of my commercial accounts. The engine is a Ford 2001 FFV 5.7L gasoline engine. It could not be more simple or easier to service, without interfering with access to any vehicle component. For instance, the filter mount is bolted to a piece of angle iron that itself bolts at each end to some existing holes on the frame of the truck. If the pan of the engine had to be accessed, one end of the angle iron bracket would be undone and the angle iron with the Dual Remote would be swung out of the way, without any disconnections. The Dual Remote is in a very safe location, easy to service or take an oil sample from the petcock valve.
